Excellent Customer Service and Food

EXCELLENT STAY and CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Great loacation and Dianna and Michelle made the extire experience along with the front desk staff The food iand drinks were delicious! Every meal I had was amazing! The room was comfortable but I wish it had been a bit more organized as the shower ring was broken. I highly recommend this hotel and will be going back for all my future stays in Boston!!!!

We usually stay here when we go to things in Boston as it’s cheaper than staying in the city. This time though, the Wi-Fi was horrible and the water pressure in the shower was bad too! When did the 10.00 parking fee start? The staff is super friendly though!

The hotel was physically clean however, the room we stayed in’s carpet is old and needs updating. My 89 year old mother and I both suffered severe allergies all night from something, probably the old carpet sneezing and having a headache. On another note, I have never had to pay for parking when staying at a hotel with a self serve lot before.

We have stayed at this facility many times before. They have added $10.parking fee which I can’t find in amenities? They have ample parking in upper lot stairs could you use lighting very dark walk. Bistro/coffee shop was open although after my 5 minute wait for coffee I left Was charged $6.00 for water I didn’t drink? Called they did remove that charge within the hour
