Clean, spacious room, nice staff with minimal high way noise. 3rd floor room had good view of BNSF RR mainline (a bonus for us). Hotel is only a few minutes drive from downtown restaurant area and other shopping.

Billings Gem

The layout of the room was really amazing--made it seem bigger than it was. Beds fairly comfortable. Staff was wonderful. Just an excellent experience from every employee, from the night clerk , the breakfast staff and the housekeeping staff. Would recommend!

Billings Hotel

The hotel was quiet and I enjoyed my stay. It was near the freeway and about 15 minutes from the airport. The room was a good size and had a sitting area separate from the bed area. The breakfast was good and very clean. The staff was friendly. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Beds are on the firm side, great breakfast & daughter enjoyed the pool. The only issue we had was noisy neighbors and street noise. 2nd night I had to call down at 1 am and ask that they call the rm next to us and ask them to quiet down and stop the kids from jumping on the beds & hitting the wall. Not sure if they actually called because the noise didn’t stop till the kids passed out & then the adults continued to talk loud. I think having a quiet time policy that’s enforced would help!

I loved how new this property still looks. It has aged well. Very comfy beds. Clean rooms. I would love to see a variety of breakfast from one day to the next. Overall great customer service and very centrally located for lots of restaurants and shopping.

This hotel shares a parking lot with texas roadhouse and it is hard to get into the parking spots for the hotel.

It was overall good. Breakfast bar ran out of things early & were not replaced. Some of the front desk were not very knowledgeable or helpful. Kenny was over the top…GREAT!!!

Convenient west end location, evening staff were friendly. However.... elevator made very loud metal on metal screeching sound when closing, small dark closets are not a good place for suitcases, couch had many white stains, faucet/sink combination poorly designed, stained white towels, and though we requested housekeeping services every other day via the Marriott online app, they never came and front desk said they knew nothing about it.

Terrible internet for Business Travelers.

The ONLY reason I chose this location was the possibility of being able to have high speed internet so I could work uploading files for work. The front desk rep was terrible, looked like he’d been doing something inappropriate in the back room when he finally came out after a long wait. Later he was less than helpful with my needs. A major waste of time. Wish I’d gone somewhere else.

First room given wasnt cleaned. Second room was, but tub is cracked & stained and looks dirty, even though it isnt. Room size is nice for family of 4. Beds super hard, so thats awful. Hips and back killing us after one night of sleep.

I have stayed at this motel numerous times in the past. It has always been great. I have no issues with the motel. Sadly I was not able to stay this time because of Expedia's policies. I do have an issue with Expedia. I accidently booked the wrong dates on their web site. I realized the a few days after the booking the room. This was about a month before the reservation date. I called Expedia customer as soon as I new about the issue. There was more then ample time(about 30 days) to give notice to the motel. Expedia refused to allow a date change or a refund. They told me to take it up with the insurance policy that I also bought at the time and that was my only way to get a refund. I filed a claim with the insurance company and was denied within a few days. Turns out cancelation due to booking error is not covered. I am sure the Expedia rep new this and just sent me on that path to get me off the phone. This simple mistake that Expedia refused to help with cost me over $400.00. I won't be doing business with Expedia again.
