The hotel gets 5 stars for location, staff, and room quality. It gets only 1 star for the bathroom. Very little pressure in the shower and the sink has a spicket in the middle of the sink extending down so how do you wash your face without making a mess? Comfortable bed and lots of both English and French tv channels. Add it all up and I give it 3 stars.

Superb location-very close to Frontenac/Terasse Dufferin and the Frontenac Staircase to Petite Ville. Room was spacious and clean with a view of the Frontenac. Hotel itself doesn’t really have a lobby, just reception desk area, but we didn’t mind at all. Loved the Nespresso machine in the room for quick coffee. Room was very quiet and bedding was nice. Staff was all very friendly. Habib at the front desk went the extra mile to accommodate when we had an issue with the heat in the first room we had been assigned. Would definitely return as the value and location are hard to beat.
