The hotel was amazing. Check in was so seamless, the easiest checkin I’ve ever experienced. Alan, who works at the Brickell location was so sweet and very personable. He made me feel comfortable, instantly. The hotel was so clean and conveniently located. I’d stay here over and over again!!! It was my first solo trip ever and they made it a great experience.

It's our second stay at the Citizen M Hotel in Brickell, Miami and I think it will now be our 'go to' hotel when we visit. It's central to our needs, the staff are super friendly, the rooms are spotless and we always have the best sleep (thank you blackout blinds).
