6/10 Good

The hotel is actually nicely decorated and the bar and restaurant is cozy, good service, great drinks okay food. Rooms nice too. What put me off where the animals at the facility. During dinner there was a mouse running through the restaurant, not so nice. Even worse was the rat we found in the garbage bin just outside the main entrance of the hotel. I would recommend some better pest control, as the above is unacceptable for anyone. If they get that done the hotel is fine for a stay in Utrecht.
