Comfortable room, a lot of space and a lot of storage. Useful kitchenette and very welcoming aircon in temperatures just under 40C. Significant downside of room is that there is no bedside lighting, really no idea how this can have been deemed OK when fitting out room? On-site breakfast was a VERY expensive 18 euros. Located next to river, in striking distance of train station and tram network as well as a couple of decent boulangeries. Would definitely stay again.

I feel more meticulous cleaning may be needed for some sections in our apartment, although we were happy with the overall standard of the hygene. Staff were great, as most of them were helpful and easy to communicate with in English. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and we found the egg boiler an excellent additon. For negatives, I would have liked to see more variation day-to-day, and the fruits were not terribly fresh. We enjoyed our stay overall.

It’s a good base for Caen if you don’t have a car. Close to the train station, close to city center (walking distance or taking the tram). Shower is amazing water pressure, kitchen is super clean and has a small fridge, microwave and stove (didn’t use). Nice sealed window so it’s quiet inside the room. The AC could use some work perhaps - it’s not super cold, maybe just a maintenance issue.

Conveniently located, close to the train station but we had a car. Secured parking area for the hotel which was nice. Lots of places to eat close by. Area is pretty along the river front. The staff were friendly and the suite spacious with a small kitchenette. Despite the hotel advertising laundry facilities, their dryer was not working and they charge 10€ to do a load for you. We were on the top floor and the a/c wasn’t really working so was a bit warm. Hallways were cooler than room. They said it was fixed but it wasn’t really so left the window open. For the money you can’t go wrong.
