The hotel was very nice and tge staff was very attentive and responsive. While I don't think it is in the most active location, it is located in the park and has a nearby subway station so it is fairly convenient to get around. The only downside was that there was construction being done on the upper dining and lounge floors so those were not available.

Beautiful view away from shops and transportation

Beatiful Hotel but not as close to shops, and train stations as other we stayed in Tokyo, if you want a beautiful view , this is Hotel for you. Their laundry was more expensive then all the other hotels i stayed at Japan, and dryer didnt dry well, not a deal breaker just a note,
