Was a wonderful stay The staff was very helpful and made our stay relaxing n fun the room was clean was a bonus with the bowling alley which my moko was stoked we got to play til closing time 9 pm their homemade pizzas n chips were spot on. Pros: Staff were super friendly, gorgeous views surrounding the property, bowling alley at the property for added fun, good location (directly across from Onsen Spa, close to Coronet Peak), free parking on site (can get a bit busy), cute restaurants across from the property Cons: Aged property which made it feel a bit unclean, food at the property was not great, could hear quite a lot (we were in a room directly next to the stairs which made the noise levels even worse)

I found my room nice, clean, and warm. Staff were helpful of my needs and request of ground floor room and I was provided care and comfort throughout my stay. Even got a voucher for a free bowling game. Dinner at the restaurant was good with very caring staff who offered free room service. Highly recommended if you’re looking for best quality of accommodation in affordable price.
