Hotel was fine, staff were excellent! Main issue during our stay was it does not have air conditioning and rooms were like an oven. Fans were insufficient to cool down during the hot temperatures so it was impossible to stay in room during the day and impossible to sleep at night.

This place was super clean, very centralized to old town bern and the train station that I rarely took the bus. I even walked alone at night and felt safe. it exceeded my expectations and you get a free bus pass. I will definitely be back!

Nice clean and quiet hotel, not far from train. Free tourist card was great. Nobody pays for transit here, but we got checked by the transit police? How about checking your own people and leave the tourists alone. Lots of creepy people around train/bus station. Prices extremely high for what you get. Breakfast good. Staff good.
