Its location is a short walk to the town centre and the Oracle shopping area and canal side restaurants. Room was clean and decent size for family of 4 however it was extremely hot. Couldn’t sleep first night however next morning we raised this issue and was provided with fans. Saw other guests complaint about same issue so I guess it’s common. Parking was stressful, their carpark was expensive and full so had to quickly drop everything then park at the mall carpark for £7 a day. No cars allowed in front of hotel except for buses. You have to go around to get to the hotel carpark
