Had a washer and dryer which was great as we packed light so it was super convenient doing laundry right in the hotel, only had 1 washer and 1 dryer but that’s all that’s needed. From check-in to check-out, everything was great. Staff are excellent and very friendly. Hotel is clean and well maintained. WIFI is adequate, no issues. Parking is easy and convenient with a parking garage onsite, but parking garage is tight with a larger vehicle. AC is loud, but tolerable. Hotel is located right on the waterfront with beautiful views of the harbour. Would definitely book here again.

We had booked a room with a balcony and paid extra for it but were told those rooms weren’t available. After insisting, we were given the right room. To compensate for our inconvenience, we were given free breakfast and free parking which was very gratifying. Beds were comfortable but the heating systems fans were noisy and ran continuously. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel is very good, close to the shops and restaurants on the waterfront. Overall, a good experience.
