Staff-had a few problems communicating with staff about simple requests.
We were told by one guy, no problem. Then another guy acted like it was his first time ordering a cab. He acted like he didn’t know where The Grand Palace was. He was unable to get one thus we were not able to do tour that we paid for.
Also had issues ordering coffee packets. I put out the sign to not have my room cleaned but wanted coffee in my room the next morning. Called and he said, “You can come down and get coffee”. I wanted it in my room. He called again and said, “You are checking out, you don’t need coffee”. I said I just wanted two small packets of coffee for my room. He called back a third time to which yelled, “Just give me the coffee”. Such a small request for something so small should not have been handled like this.
The price was a little high for me but loved the hotel. But, staff made me mad. Simple requests handled very poorly.
