It’s is a nice hotel, staff has always been friendly. Clean. But we choose it over the 3 nearby because my husband is in love with the warm cinnamon rolls.

Overall great experience

The room was showing some age - particularly the bathroom. The beds were super comfortable and the room overall met my expectations. The breakfast area was phenomenal- service amazing. The gal working in that area was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed seeing her in the morning. Ashish at the front desk was also a standout.

I stayed 2 days. I had one towel provided in the bathroom that I used the first day. No one cleaned my room, I had to use a hand towel the 2nd day. Other than that it was ok. I would have expected at least 2 towels and my room to be checked on between days.

The room and pool were nice and the breakfast was good. Tub wasn’t clean and even had a cleaning solution bottle sitting on the side of the tub. It looked like someone peed in the tub until I cleaned it.

I got to my room with my snack and soft drink in the hope of watching a movie and falling off to sleep. Holiday Inn dropped the ball on their end with a TV that didnt work. Room 306.

Worst experience I've ever had.

I couldn't tell you anything about the building itself because check in went horribly. I showed up with more people than the rooms capacity so I had to purchase another room (which I did with no push back and a smile on my face) but the desk lady continued to give me a hard time repeating the same rule of how many people in each room and stalling to check me in for my second room. I eventually got frustrated and changed my tone at which point she told me I didn't need to get hostile. In return I yelled at her because it became quite clear that myself and my guest were unwelcome no matter what we did to comply with their rules. She went on to tell me with an attitude that "they had 30 ppl upstairs yesterday" and so on and so on. Well who is "they" and what does that have to do with me and right now? Anywho, I gathered my guest and left with an attitude and in tears because things were said and I have never in my 35 years of living experienced anything like this. I found a nice, more accommodating hotel with nicer more welcoming ppl.

Disappointed.

Loud and rattling heating/cooling system. Bathroom was in significant need of repair and upgrading. Surprised Holiday Inn would continue to franchise a building in this level of deferred maintenance. Entryway and elevator floor was disgusting and probably not mopped in several days. Definitely would not stay here again. Probably wouldn't stay at a Holiday Inn property.

Great location. Expedia and their site make it look much nicer and better than it was. It was a bit of a let down. The first room assigned the key didn't work, they did upgrade us to a larger room but key didn't work there either so if we left the room the desk clerk had to let us back in with master key.
