We had a good stay overall! It was clean and staff were very helpful! The room was showing some wear and tear (scratches in the furniture, broken tile in the bathroom and a toilet that ran if you didn’t jiggle the handle). Location was great with easy access to Old Quebec, the Aquarium and Ile d’Orleans. We would stay there again!

The standard room did not have a closet—just a big TV stand with 3 drawers. The bathroom is also very small, with a wiggly toilet seat and no space on the sink to put your essentials. Keep in mind that breakfast is not included. On the bright side, the pool/sauna area was the best part of the hotel, even if the pool itself is very small.

The public areas of the hotel are fantastic. The lobby, pool area, etc are very clean and well maintained. Our bedroom however was less impressive. While the room was overall clean, we walked in to our toilet flooding the bathroom floor. There were various parts of the room that were broken including the phone, the seal in the refrigerator and the hairdryer mount. The area was quiet enough and the beds were fine, so overall it was acceptable.

Loved the pool, sauna and spa. Exhaust in the bathroom in our room didn’t work but otherwise everything was great. This was our second stay there. Enjoyed it both times. Added advantage is Boston Pizza entrance through the hotel and other nearby cafés and restaurants. Great location. Free and plenty of parking all around the hotel was also a plus.

Our stay was fine. The staff were pleasant and accomodating. The area was quiet. The only thing is the washroom was a little small and the bed linens and washroom curtain has to be upgraded. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for me and my family.

Although the premises were pretty clean, they had free parking and not too far from the Aquarium and Old Quebec…the place is run-down. In my room the shower-curtain rob was literally falling off the wall… My mattress was caved in on one side. Coffee machine in the lobby was out of order. Althgh the price was very good and the staff were very nice and efficient during check in out, I don’t think I’d stay there again.

The hall smelled funky and looked weird but the room we had was clean and smelled clean. There was a lot of space, a fridge, hot water and a big counter wich was perfect to get ready. One member of the staff was a little cold with us at check-in, but the others were helpful and welcoming. The pool was amazing, we enjoyed it. There’s pleinty parking space available. There’s no breakfast, but there are close breakfast place to eat. It was the cheapest hotel when I booked and I would absolutely book again. Its rightfully placed in Quebec City and easy to access everything else with the bus.
