I had previously stayed at Harrah's a couple weeks prior to this visit. I was satisfied with the room. I had a deluxe room with King bed. I was placed on the 11th floor with a decent view. I decided to return two weeks later, but this time decided to get a Premium room, thinking I would porbably have a Gulffront view. Instead, this visit I was assigned a room on the 5th floor, overlooking the top level of the parking garage. After arriving at the room, realized there was no luggage rack, normally found in the closets. Then, when I went to the bathroom to wash my hands, realized there were no hand towels; only a couple of bath towels, and two wash cloths. Then, when we decided to have a glass of wine, realized there were no plastic glasses, which is the norm, and which I had during my previous stay. I discovered there were only two paper cups, which were for coffee. Who drinks wine out of a paper cup? Then, when it came time to shower, I discoverd several hairs in the bathtub. At bedtime, I realized the curtain had come loos from the draw, so the last 5" or so was off the track. The lights that light up the outside walls of the hotel and shine upwards were just outside our window on either side, so it was impossible to block out these lights entirely due to the faulty curtain. The next morning, I discovered the coffepot was not working. So, a second call to housekeeping resulted in the delivery of another one. WILL NEVER SAY HERE AGAIN.
