A beautiful resort. All staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely. Beach was clean and safe. Sundowners watching the sunset each evening were fab. We played padel and tennis. I would recommend that you reduce the padel price for guests who have their own rackets and balls which we did. We had a lovely holiday, thank you.

The property is wonderful. We didn't go off property much (No need to) but the area around looked like typical Island community. We will go there again. The only issue we had was with getting reservations for the properties restaurants. They need a betteron-line system for doing that.

An amazing hotel with wonderful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for organising our anniversary dinner in La Carvelle restaurant and to Pravest for waiting on us that evening. Roshan the driver for being an amazing guide for the day. Then there were Yasmin, Sanjay, Dasmuth, Jocelyn and Busgeet (hope I haven’t missed anyone) at the beach bar who were so cheerful and looked after us so well. Thank you to all other staff - too many to mention but you were amazing.

Beautiful hotel but overpriced food

The beach is stunning. The grounds are spotless. Water sports club is amazing. In general staff are very friendly but the service is incredibly slow and not massively helpful. We stayed B&B and very glad we did as delicious food in local restaurants a 5 min walk away and literally a quarter of the price. In the hotel we purchased a small plastic bottle of water & Diet Coke (warm) and it cost nearly £10! Would highly recommend if you like the beach and water sports as most are included.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Trou aux Biches Beachcomber and wholeheartedly recommend this resort. As a first-time mom traveling overseas with my baby, I was initially nervous about whether we’d be able to enjoy the trip. However, this resort made everything so much easier right from our arrival. All of our luggage was delivered directly to our room by golf cart, and since they already knew we were traveling with a baby, the room was thoughtfully prepared with a crib, changing table, baby bathtub, and even a complimentary toy placed on the bed. We were also provided with freshly cooked baby food purees on request—of any ingredients we wanted, depending on availability. What impressed us most was the flexibility: whether we were at the beach, by the pool, in the restaurant, or in our room, they were happy to bring the food wherever we needed it. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, often stopping by to play with our son or check if we needed anything. One evening, they even surprised us with a cake and drinks to celebrate our anniversary—such a thoughtful gesture! Before our departure, we faced a long 16-hour night flight and asked for a late check-out. Although it’s subject to availability, the team made a real effort to accommodate us. Special thanks to Loveish for helping coordinate this so we could rest longer before the journey. Hotel staff wasn’t so helpful or collaborative and in some times nervous expect Yeshta and Aly ….. I arrived to the hotel and was booking a Romantic dinner so I tried to push it from 7 and there was resistance till finally the hotel staff collaborated …. The AC in my room was broken for 2 days with repeated replies from the reception that they will send some one to fix it which came after 2 days of my stay after reaching out to the duty manager, also to be fair after this l, I was offered a room change but this is after 2 days of my stay ….. during check out I found that they added 2 invoices one for mini bar and one for a drink at restaurant with of 2210 MR which is almost 50 USD and I had to check this with the reception and ask for the receipts signed by me specially in the restaurant and they couldn’t find it so they removed the amount …. Please be careful specially with the final bill

La chambre était très spacieuse, parfaitement équipée et nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier d’une chambre en rez-de-chaussée avec une superbe douche extérieure. Le personnel est tout simplement exceptionnel : chacun, qu’il s’agisse de la réception, des restaurants, du room service, de l’entretien des espaces verts ou encore de la sécurité, fait preuve de professionnalisme, de bienveillance et d’une grande attention. Toujours souriants et chaleureux, ils contribuent à rendre le séjour inoubliable. L’hôtel mérite sans hésitation un 10/10, tant pour la qualité de ses installations que pour l’excellence de son service. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir et recommande vivement cet établissement.

Fantastic resort, amazing food and restaurants, nice people. I recommend this resort in Mauritius for families and couples to relax and enjoy a nice view of the beach. The resort offers a huge space in the rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant are fantastic with a big variety of food. The drinks are not included in the half board. I recommend the Italian restaurant for a nice dinner. If you like tennis, they have a lot of tennis courts available, however you should buy the balls. I suggest you bring your own balls to avoid this cost. The spa is not included in the price as well. The resort has a nice gym with new equipment and a sauna inside of the change rooms. I enjoyed my stay, and I could meet with the management team who were stars.

Nous avons vécu 4 jours hors du temps dans ce magnifique hôtel qui a définitivement un petit quelque chose en plus ou plusieurs : sa plage magnifique, ses couchers de soleils sublimes, son petit déjeuner gargantuesque Mon amoureux a fait sa demande pendant le séjour et le personnel a tout mis en œuvre pour que ce soit un moment magique et ça l’a été Nous avons également eu la chance d’être surclassés en arrivant à l’hôtel pour notre plus grande surprise (et bonheur) Merci pour tout nous reviendrons

Nous sommes partis en couple, pour un anniversaries de mariage. Nous avons ete tres chaleureusement accueillis. Durant tout notre sejour, le personnel a ete attentionne. Un tres bon point aux chefs des restaurants (excellent), aux sommeliers (competents). L’ensemble du personnel vous salue avec un grand sourrire. Un grand merci à Cavita pour son accueil chaleureux et toujours personnalisé dans les restaurants. Un clin d’oeil à Sebastien, un sommelier profesionnel et enthousiaste. Une equipe dirigé par Vikram avec reussite et cela se volt.
