A estrutura do hotel é muito boa. Porém, nas duas manhãs em que estivemos hospedados, não havia água quente no chuveiro, o que impossibilitou o banho pelas manhãs em virtude da baixa temperatura. Infelizmente esse ponto foi bastante negativo para nós. Em relação ao restante, nada a reclamar.

Sempre que vou a Posadas fico hospedado nesse hotel. Muito bem localizado, pessoal atencioso. O hotel já mostra sinais de desgaste dos anos de uso, porém as camas precisam ser trocadas com URGÊNCIA pois o colchão está todo deformado e torto, causando muito desconforto. O café da manhã tem o necessário.

Quarto sujo, carpete imundo, não funcionava a chave por cartão, abriram com a chave q abre todos os quartos e nos deram ela, roupas de cama e banho encardiadas, colchão horrível, não tinha frigobar. Os dois atendentes que estavam trabalhando na noite de 21 para 22/02/26 estavam indispostos a ajudar, nos deram horário errado do restaurante q pedimos por preguiça de averiguar, não informaram horário do café da manhã… a impressão que tivemos é que para os dois quanto menos hóspedes tivesse melhor. No café da manhã tinha um menino fazendo a montagem das mesas que atirava os pratos e xícaras de uma maneira que era muito irritante pois fazia uma barulheira. Hotel decadente com pessoas mal educadas.
