A terrible hotel stay. The worst customer service. Actually no customer service since no one works there and if you are lucky to reach someone after 4 pm by text message since they have no phone or person the answer was always not their problem and blamed others. Never solved the problem or even tried. The prime issue is the terrible check in process. You must have a special code to even check in and hotel.Com did not provide it. Without it you cannot check in and the hotel sms person refuses to help. Finally after 90 minutes of reaching out to hotel Com I finally got it and then have to go through hotel's extensive portal by giving personal info credit card and even a photo. Finally they email you a code to get into the front door and your room. I travel extensively and globally and this was the worst check in process I ever experienced. So DON'T stay here!! If you must make sure to have all the confirmation info in hand before leaving home so does not take hours to get in. BTW I helped two other stranded parties who could not get in figure how to navigate this terrible process. Buyer beware!
