Its has a great beach and the employees at the restaurants and entretainment are amazing but the operation is terrible! to be a 5 star hotel as they promote:
- Rooms look very old
- There are not toiletries ... no crea, shampoo, this makes the hotel very cheap
- The app doesnt work, they incentive you to use it but is not efficient, the bot dont understand anything
- I requested a pillow and a blanket, they solved the request in the app after 15 minutes but they didnt deliver the things. I needed to talk 3 times to reception and they were delivered after 1 hour!
- There are not enough towels at the pool, its amazing that having a large occupancy you dont have enough supplies. These days are not even high season
- The checkout its at 12 but they deactivate your key 1 hour before.
- when its the check out they remove you the bracelet and you are not allowed to move from the lobby. I have been in many all inclusive and we can enjoy the ammenities until its time to go.
