I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel in Bodrum from **September 16 to September 21, 2024**. I had high expectations for my visit, but unfortunately, several serious issues occurred that not only ruined my experience but also posed a risk to my safety.
Room Cleanliness and Initial Problems
Upon arrival, I found that the room I was assigned was not clean to a satisfactory standard. As part of my booking, I had a private swimming pool with a jacuzzi, but both the pool light and the jacuzzi were not working. That same night, when I tried to take a shower, I discovered there was no hot water available. I immediately reported these issues to your staff, who suggested that I change rooms.
Electric Shock in the Pool – A Life-Threatening Inciden
I moved to another room with similar amenities, but again, the room was dirty. While using the private swimming pool and attempting to operate the jacuzzi, I received an electric shock, which could have been fatal. This was an incredibly terrifying and dangerous situation, and I was fortunate not to have been seriously injured or worse. When I reported this incident, I did not feel that the staff took it seriously enough, despite the fact that my life had been put in danger.
Further Room Changes and Service Issues
After this incident, I was offered yet another room, which was not of the same level as what I had originally paid for. The downgrade,
