Really great value modern unit across the road from a fabulous beach. A lovely clean room with a comfortable bed and good amenities for self catering with a microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. Easy parking also available in front of the unit. Will definitely be back.

Compact rooms. Rooms come with tea, milk, sugar, kettle, fridge, microwave and a TV. The walls are a bit thin so we could hear others walking around. Overall, it was good and worth the price.

We had a nice time at the property. It was so clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. The area was also very quiet and cozy. I would definitely recommend staying at Eden Bay when visiting Mornington.

Amazing! Got a free upgrade to family room and it was simply perfect. Toothbrushes aren’t included, but everything from shampoo conditioner body wash to body lotion were provided. Kitchenware was also complete, bed was good, overall really good stay, didn’t want to leave at all! Can arrange for late check out at 11am, really helpful staff.

We have stayed at Eden Bay on two occasions. Staff friendly, room modern & very clean, priced at less than $100 night. I'd definitely recommend Eden bay.

2/10 Mala

Locked myself out and called and txt'd the emergency number all night. No response. Couldn't get back in the room till 9am when reception opened. Spent 8hrs overnight unable to enter the room. Never had this experience in over 1000 bookings worldwide.

Clean room but thin walls - we could hear the phone of the adjacent room vibrate every time they got a notification - which was a bit annoying.

Great place to stay when working down the Peninsula. Friendly staff with easy check in and everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Would definitely visit again.

Economy of space and all that was needed this stay. Would love to have a window [yes there is one in bathroom] that could allow natural light into room. Neat and cosy.

4/10 Regular

They need windows in the studios. It was smelly when we got there. Walls were very thin, we could hear the conversations between our neighbours who were clearly doing jumping jacks... Couldn't get in touch with anyone. Went to hand the keys back to the office, it was wide open with no one in sight. 10 minutes later she waltz back over from the servo. I'd already dumped the keys in the exit gate box.

Clean room, nice new property. Easy to find and good location. Few odd people around and my carpark spot got taken which was frustrating with small kids. Otherwise good.
