The staff is very kind and helpful. We found out they had a 12-hour event on Saturday, so we couldn't enjoy the pool. I spoke with the manager, who kindly allowed us to stay a little longer on Sunday so my son could enjoy the pool. This was very thoughtful and considerate. My family and I will definitely return.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights in July and were over the top pleased. Some people do a good job and others do it with genuine kindness and enthusiasm. The staff at The Perry fall into the latter category. The property itself is beautiful, clean and modern. The room was perfect. But the staff was the shining star. Shout outs to Regina and the entire front of house staff, Crystal at the 7th floor bar and Caleb with facilities. All interactions were fantastic.

The Perry Hotel offers excellent amenities, including spacious rooms, cleanliness, beach access via boat, and attentive pool service from the staff. However, the rooms can be noisy, and I wish there were a room service option for added convenience. I would still recommend the hotel, primarily for its beach boat access and warm hospitality. I do suggest addressing the noise issue in the rooms.

Strongly suggest the shuttle it takes you out to a secluded beach area!! The hotel, in my opinion is perfectly located. Close to shops, restaurants, and walking trails. Vanderbilt Beach area is close by car but far enough away if you’d rather not deal with the congestion.

Overall, the Perry hotel Is a good option if staying in the Naples area. The restaurant, bar and pool on the roof are very nice. However, the hotel is very noisy at night, traffic from 41 can be heard on the balcony, and the room was dark and small.
