This was my 3rd time staying here. It is becoming a little of a home away from home. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean. This year the breakfast bar seemed to have a bit of trouble keeping up and was a little messy and not as well stocked as previous visits. However overall this is a perfect place to stay when you are in town.

The location was ideal as next to the station and very easy to find. The Mini hotel itself is kind of an add-on to the main hotel so check-in and breakfast were in the other building. This was not a problem, but did cause confusion. The rooms had recently been renovated, but still feel a little dated and musty. However, the stay was pleasant enough. We were ground floor and there was considerable noise from outside. Price was cheaper than others though so, it was decent enough.

I reserved a room at Milling Hotel Mini, but was told upon arrival that it was under renovation and that I would be moved to Milling Hotel Ansgard. The room I received in Ansgard was far below the standard I expected from the pictures in the Mini Hotel. It was late so I did not argue, but beware if you are booking here that they can downgrade you without notice or compensation.

Worst nights of our holidays

Our room gave on industrial vents and the back of the main hotel restaurant. People were staying there late at night until 2am to chat and shout. Our part of the milling hotel (mini 19) had no receptionist so on the second night, there was nobody to calm down heavily drunk and loud guests staying there, shouting, barking (?) and messing with eaching others in the hallways. The room was quite small, very hot even when it was raining outside (because of air vents blasting warm breeze onto us?), beds were squeeky and uncomfortable. Only good aspect is the free coffee and tea available in the hall 24/24. It wasn't unclean, just ok Won't come again here or recommand it even for 1 or 2 nights, I felt like a third class customer.

Badeværelset var vådt på gulvet og klistret. Der var snavs i alle hjørner på værelset. Puderne var støvet og beskidte og sengetøjet var også støvet. Håndklæderne var helt tørre på en klam måde. Og der var fnuller over alt.

Rent og pænt værelse med eget bad. Det er sådan et valg, man kan tage, hvis man "bare" skal have et sted rent sted at sove og gerne vil have eget toilet og bad. Lidt slidt, men virkelig ok til prisen. Reception, ind-/udtjekning og morgenmad foregår rundt om hjørnet på Hotel Ansgar, der ligger 20 skridt fra dette sted, så intet problem.
