Fabulous hotel. Over the road from the train station, 20min walk into the old town. Very friendly staff, unfortunately didn't get the name of the receptionist who checked us in, but she was lovely, very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located near the train station and the Annenstrasse tram line (currently bus line while the last stage of modernization is occuring). The staff was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. Gym had a great view of the valley. Bed was comfortable and I appreciated having a decent sized desk to work at.

Noisy Aircon restartet itself every hour to cold settings. Not a good nights sleep. 24h reception didnt answer call at night. I had to go down in the middle of the night to ask for assistance with the aircon, luckily they could disable it entirely. Breakfast was acceptable
