Old and desperately need for improvement and upgrade. Hotel management introduced too many petty policies. Issuing 1 card towel per guest. Losing a towel or the card results in P1,000 penalty. No takeaway food allowed in room as P2,000 will be charged for cleaning up! Cannot bring guest to room, only seeing them in lobby area.
Treated guests as school kids.
We supposed to have a carefree and relax holiday. Too much burden staying in White Sand. Too stressful with this towel exchange and possibility of losing the card or towel. Stayed in Movienpick, Crimson, Shangri-la, Plantation, Blue Water etc. No such issues!
Only plus side was that concierge and restaurant staff were excellent. Polite, helpful and attentive. Cannot say the same of check-in front desk. Inflexible, not helpful and work by the book.
Closing their swimming pool at 5 pm and main pool at 7 pm was a joke. Won't go back again.
