we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was certainly secure with a keypad to get in the door and to get into the room and to get in the elevator. The restaurant right across the street called FUXN. Was excellent. Close walk and wonderful service and food. If you like to walk, it was a beautiful pleasant walk through the neighborhood to meet our sound of music Tours and near the same location was the palace concert in the evening so everything was very convenient to the hotel.

Bedroom was clean and fairly spacious. Numa App worked well for opening various doors, elevators within the hotel. Breakfast - good choice though hot choices were sometimes less warm than required. Air conditioning available but not required. A Satisfying interesting experience.

I loved this hotel and I will stay there again, if I go to Salzburg. Good location and really nice rooms. If you have downloaded the app prior to arriving check in is really easy. I have to mention one thing that is bit of an issue. We had a rental car and didnt know the license number so we couldnt pre-book a parking spot in the basement. We were travelling with an elderly, who had some walking difficulties and struggling to find parking was annoying. Luckily we got a spot in the basement parking for the same price as if we had pre-booked. But calling the hotel helpline was a waste of time as the lady didnt know about the hotel location and city infrastructure and gave a general Salzburg parking app suggestion. But despite the parking issue I loved the hotel.
