I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Downtown and wanted to share my experience. While the hotel has some positive aspects, there were a few notable drawbacks that affected my stay.
Firstly, the location is great and conveniently situated near many attractions and dining options. The lobby is welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
First and foremost, I encountered some issues with the rooms I booked with double beds, and unfortunately, I found them quite uncomfortable. The beds seemed lower to the ground than usual, which made getting in and out a bit awkward. Additionally, the bed stands were not ideal, contributing to an overall less than pleasant sleeping experience.
Another inconvenience was that only one elevator was operational during my stay. This led to longer wait times, especially during peak hours, which was frustrating.
Overall, while the hotel has its strengths, I would recommend considering these factors if you're planning a stay. I hope they can address these issues for a better experience in the future.
