Overall we were very disappointed with the stay at the resort. The main highway was closed but instead of cancelling we decided to go the long route. When we arrived at 530 pm our cabin didn'thavr power. We asked to be moved to another room but the front desk said we had to wait. We waited until 1130 pm and still had no power. The resort didn't check on us or offer any alternatives. We called the front desk multiple times but no one answered. We finally got a hold of someone at the front desk and they agreed to move us into another cabin at around 1130 pm. It's understandable that there were issues with the party but they didn't offer us anything and we waited over 6 hours.
