It is an ok hotel! I traveled for business and wifi is a must, but it was super slow and impacted my meetings. The food availabilities especially if you are looking for healthy vegan options are literally zero.

O quarto está velho, banheiro velho estava sujo quando chegamos, a noite houve um barulho de festa no andar de cima, o café da manhã agradável, os funcionários do café da manhã muito gentis e profissionais.

A experiência foi ruim. Talvez não seja a regra, mas o fato é que minha estadia de 4 noites foi marcada por pelo menos 1 incoveniente por dia. No primeiro dia, o bar estava fechado por conta de evento particular, no dia seguinte o restaurante estava igualmente fechado para evento particular. Eu não queria sair do horel e assim me orientaram a pedir room service ou ir jantar no hotel do lado. P/ minha surpresa, o cardápio do room service também estava reduzido por conta dos eventos para não hospedes. Assim, tive que pedir comida de fora por aplicativo. Aqui, outra questão: diferentemente de hoteis dessa categoria mesmo em São Paulo, eles não oferecem o serviço de concierge que possa receber a comida entregue por aplicativo (após mencionar o código de entrega na recepcao) e entregar no quarto, nem mesmo com o restaurante fechado. Quanto à limpeza, em um dos dias esqueceram os materiais de limpeza dentro do quarto (estranho e confuso). O último inconveniente: mesmo tendo deixaro pré-autorização de cartao, como de praxe, eu tive que pagar no momento qualquer pedido que fizesse, mesmo uma agua, tinha que passar o cartao a todo momento: quanto q isso, resolveram acredito que no terceiro. Por fim, apenas uma coisa boa a dizer: os baristas (quando o bar estava aberto), um homem e uma mulher, que além de muito simpáticos, fizeram drinks de muito bom gosto! Parabéns a eles.
