This is my second stay at Solterra and I've just completed my first month here — having extended from an initial 2-week booking to a full month, and then extended again for another month upon arrival. That pretty much says it all.
What won me over immediately was that the staff remembered me by name from my previous visit. That kind of genuine warmth and attentiveness is rare, and it's what made me decide to stay longer rather than move to another property.
The location in Seminyak is very convenient — just a 10-minute walk to the beach, which I find to be one of the least polluted stretches compared to Canggu. The pricing is also very attractive, especially for the quality you get.
The manager, Pandu, is wonderful — genuinely attentive and goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home.
The rooms are very well-suited for long-term stays, which is not always easy to find. And one thing that truly sets Solterra apart: the pool is actually functional for swimming. It's not just a decorative dipping pool — at 4ft deep, you can get a proper swim in, which is a huge plus for those staying extended periods.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a longer stay in Bali. Great value, great staff, great location.
