I had stayed here the week before and had very few issues. However this time the room wasn't very clean and the air con was broken. The thermostat read 28 degrees which was pretty unbearable. There's no staff on site only online chat which wasn't very responsive the last time I stayed either but it was a minor issue so I didn't mind but frustrating when things are actually wrong.

Great apartments ruined by noise

The apartment itself was great and someone has obviously spent a lot of time, effort and money on them. The problem for us was the noise from the club over the road and the street below that went on until past 5am, meaning we got no sleep at all and were both worn out all day :-(

Things to note: There are 2 check-ins, one on the day of your arrival where you must upload a travel document. If you don't do this, they don't give you the door code. The luggage room is on the -1 floor for arrivals. It's mostly clean and quiet on weekdays. Minimal noise from the outside too. They did not remove trash inside the bathroom trash in my room, but other than that it was pretty much fine. No frills, cheap stay, you get what you pay for; but I've seen much worse. Great option for solo travelers/students on a budget.

One day before our checkout day, the door pass code no longer worked, and we were locked out. Since there was no reception on site, it took about two hours for them to respond, and eventually, someone who claimed to be a long-term resident came in with a master key (physical key) and opened the door to our room! Not only is it very inconvenient, but it is also concerning regarding safety.

Loud,hot and uncomfy

Great communication and ease of self check in , but…… that’s where it ends , we were on the front of the building 3rd floor , music played until 4:30am both evenings which echoed down the whole street , street noise was loud , and only one pillow per person with no spares in cupboard and with no check in desk it was then impossible to gain more pillows. Room was clean and very bright but air con even when turned on , wouldn’t decrease to less than 24°C also. Lovely city , clean hotel that’s where it ends

No support and room code did not work

We arrived at 3:00pm for self check-in. The code we were given did not work for the room and we could not get into our room. After an hour of messaging them we received no response. We are now fighting with Hotels.ca to get our money back and will have to get our credit card charge canceled. We had to find another hotel at the last minute. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

Crappy customer service and no AC

The ac was not working at 27.5 degrees c and they said they would not fix it or get us a different room. The hallway had fine working AC and was majorly cooler

Only 5 mins walking distance to Zurich station BUT there are a number of homeless or insecure people around the corner. The system mentioned that I was able to get in at 3pm but had to try more than 10 times to get in and after 0305pm I was able to get in. I had a trouble with one of windows not properly closing so reported it to the customer service online. The initial response was very quick but it took more than half an hour to swap the room and to proceed. During the mean time, no word or anything for half an hour. Poor communication skills and response. It could be much better than this. Overall, the room was tidy but small.

Location was great, bed was hard. Noisy! You heard the people screaming outside. My daugther found use bottled of water in the fridge from old guests. SCAM! WE GOT CHARGE extra housekeeping w/out been done our room after We are outside for 15hrs.
