A very nice and new hotel, just next to the main pedestrian and restaurant street in Lapad. 2 min walk to bus to Old town. 4 minutes to the sea. Great roof pool area. The staff was great, and a special recognition to Karla in the reception for excellent service.

We were so pleasantly surprised by how wonderful this property was! It's in a great location, and the pool has a wonderful view. Bedding was soft, bed was comfortable, bathrooms were clean. And an Uber was $10 to Old Town. Super easy to get around, and walkable to a great restaurant (Maskeron). One note: beware that you have to reserve pool chairs ahead of time- you can't just go to the pool and get a chair. Highly recommend booking here!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sumratin. Spacious and light rooms and bathroom, rooftop area was great (pool a bit cold) and breakfast was amazing. The rooftop restaurant was definatly worth visiting as well. Also, all the staff we were in contact with were super helpful and nice. We would stay at Sumratin again if we come back to Dubrovnik (which I hope)!

The Hotel Sumratin is perfect, the decor is lovely, the staff are very friendly with good recomendations and very attentive, the pool area is kept to a very high standard by the staff. The breakfast has something for everyone, we were happy to see probiotic and vitamin shooters, smoked salmon, pancakes with lots of toppings, fruit and yoghurt bowls and the omelette lady! Highly recommend and we will be back!

The property is brand new. The food in the rooftop pool restaurant was inedible. I brought it to the attention of our server and was given a 10 percent discount. Upon checking out I told the manager that the food was inedible and nothing was done. Overall, the property is in an excellent location and the rooms are spacious, just don’t eat in the hotel. The staff at the front desk needs to be more guest oriented.

Veldig bra hotell, super beliggenhet og fint område. Fantastisk service fra alle ansatte. God frokostbuffet. Rent overalt. Gode senger! Flott bad og deilig dusj. Kjøleskap på rommet er topp! Supert treningsrom, og veldig godt å slappe av i relax-avdelingen i spaet etterpå(med sauna også. Gratis for gjester men må bookes på forhånd). Kort gåtur til stranda. Kort vei til bussen som tar deg til gamlebyen i Dubrovnik på under 15 min for 2,50€. Herlig takterrasse med basseng og nydelig utsikt. Anbefaler også Cukar i første etasje som selger gode og flotte kaker! Virkelig stilfullt hotell med god atmosfære. Koselig med sangere i restauranten/baren flere kvelder. Kommer mer enn gjerne tilbake! Anbefaler å booke dette hotellet.
