Although the staff were helpful and the facilities great, was disappointed the room was not ‘refreshed’ at all despite being there for five nights. Notice was also put on the door but still no joy. The hotel is in a quiet area with plenty of food and drink facilities across the road. Was just off the old town which was only a ten minute walk. Lots of history to see. and cafes and restaurants to visit.

Good functional accommodation. The colour scheme is not relaxing though but the breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice if you get down early. Note that you have to ask for room cleaning. One really annoying thing is the toilet/shower. First it has a frosted glass divider which is weird and not really private. Second the automatic light doesn't go off until after about 20 minutes meaning the room is lit up after a middle of the night visit. On the other hand the room was very quiet even though we were next to the road.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located. But, the real stand out was the staff. Especially Lorena. She helped me get to the airport on time when j had a tricky situation with the taxi. The customer service was awesome and really made me feel welcome and we'll cared for. Other reception staff (whose names I didn't catch), both at checkin and checkout were equally friendly and helpful

Staff at reception were very helpful and hotel in a good location for easy access to old town. The room was nice however, there was building work at the hotel ongoing for refurbishment and it started at 8.30am which was too early. Also not sure if connected to the building work or that is it is an old building but when in your room it is noisy (pipe work etc).

Great hotel, close to the old town but far enough away that it’s quiet. Wonderful facilities (laundry was particularly useful, and there were work spaces also.). Check-in was smooth and available even when I arrived just before midnight. Breakfast was great with a lot of options. My only complaint is that when I looked on hotels.com today, the price for my room is 1/2 what I paid when I booked. Makes me feel like I paid too much.

It was a wonderful hotel / Dorms. Location was perfect, very close to the old historic district and new. A grocery store was 4 minutes away, and restaurants. We ate at the school cafeteria, great price for a 3 corse meal! The hotel / Dorms were extremely clean, staff was very nice and helpful. Laundry facilities at the bottom level.

Staff was excellent. I was disappointed in that the restaurant was so limited and catered to students. It was really more like a cafeteria. I didn’t expect it to also serve as a student dormitory. Location was fine but I would not recommend it to friends.

The rooms are basically college dorm rooms. Some wings are for college students and the wings that they call the "hotel" are the same rooms they use for the dorms. They were clean but tiny. The only good thing about this "hotel" is the location.

Prenotazione fatta per errore, abbiamo contattato immediatamente la struttura spiegando l’errore e chiedendo un rimborso, almeno parziale, considerato che abbiamo immediatamente reso disponibili le due camere. La struttura per due giorni ha usato scuse, ci ha fatto scrivere con diversi mezzi e a diverse funzioni aziendali per poi rinviarci ad hotel.com dicendo che era loro competenza autorizzare il rimborso. Contattato il servizio clienti ha autorizzato il rimborso spiegando che lo stesso sarebbe stato possibile solo dopo che l’hotel avesse autorizzato il rimborso. Ebbene solo a questo punto l’albergo ha negato il rimborso dimostrando molta mala fede. Seppur le condizioni di acquisto indicavano non rimborsabile il comportamento dell’albergo e’ palesemente finalizzato ad ottenere un arricchimento indebito. Viaggiamo da moltissimi anni e utilizziamo da sempre Hotel.com ed è la prima volta che riceviamo questo tipo di trattatmento.

O hotel está instalado em um antigo hospital, um prédio lindo e enorme, abriga também uma casa para estudantes. Tudo muito limpo, muito moderno. Um ambiente delicioso. Funcionários super atenciosos, café da manhã bem gostoso e fica bem pertinho da catedral, tem um estacionamento na frente, vários restaurantes também. Gostei muito. O hotel tem uma entrada principal, onde é necessário subir uma escadaria, o que com malas grandes é bem difícil, mas também tem uma entrada pela rua, eu toquei o interfone e um funcionário abriu a porta e me levou para a recepção. Depois o hóspede consegue abrir a porta com a chave do quarto, não sendo necessário "NUNCA" subir a escadaria.
