We are so thankful because we were allowed to check in early. I guess they have available rooms so we were really lucky for that. The location its amazing the zocalo its like 5 minutes walk and the 20 the noviembre two blocks away. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The room was clean and nice , the bed was a bit small but comfortable. However the AC AND FAN make up for it Overall we will definitely go back!

Excelente estancia sobre todo por la atención del personal. Las amenidades y servicios que ofrecen son de mucha ayuda durante el viaje. Mi jefa familiar con dos niñas pequeñas y lo disfrutamos mucho! Lo único que cambiaría es que la del mantenimiento la regadera, ya que al parecer están tapadas y el agua sale con mucha presión. Fuera de eso todos los servicios son excelentes y las habitaciones muy bien cuidadas 😃

Ubicación privilegiada cerca de atractivos turísticos en el centro de la ciudad, tiendas, oxxo, mercados turísticos para comer, pero de preferencia pide habitación que no de a la calle por aquello del ruido de motos y camiones que transitan. Yo iba por una noche y me gustó tanto el lugar que reservé 6 noches más. Camas y almohadas cómodas, regadera algo curiosa pero cumple con la función. El personal muy atento y amable. Súper limpio, precio calidad.

Las instalaciones del hotel y la habitación muy limpias y ordenadas, además de confortable. El único inconveniente es que el estacionamiento está a una calle y la entrada al hotel siempre está cerrada, hay que tocar el timbre para que alguien abra la puerta, aunque la atención era rápida.
