They have no airport shuttle. They sent a taxi in a sea of taxis and it made things super complicated. Then the next day I had a second plane to catch but now there was no transportation because apparently it’s one shuttle per stay!! I mean we choose airport hotels because they are pit stops.
Also check in was complicated. They couldn’t find my Expedia reservation, asked for vouchers. What vouchers?!?! Had to call manager. Ugh.
Then I ask for my king bed which was in my reservation. Side glances. Had to wait for towels as the room had none.
Cherry on top? Water was lukewarm at best.
