Great location Spacious one bedroom flat with a sofa bed already ready for us when we check~in , totally thoughtful. Gorgeous super clean bathroom with powerful head shower. Thick comfy bath towels. Efficient induction cooktop, fully equipped with any utensil you may need in your kitchen. Name brands of all kitchen appliances. Whole three days staying in Warsaw, our first time, was made highly enjoyable by master wola, contactless check in and out seamlessly.

Wonderful new apartment, spacious, well furnished, with very comfortable beds and an amazing shower. Also excellent kitchen with all the amenities needed, including an espresso machine. It’s located in the modern part of the city, close to supermarkets, cafes and food halls. We walked to the old town (40 min approximately) but there’s public transport nearby. The only negative point was the drain in the bathroom sink which was not flowing well. The maintenance/ cleaning staff should be more aware. We really enjoyed our stay and totally recommend it. Thanks for the welcome treats! 😊

This place is in very good location. It is modern apartment. The only thing could have be better was explanation how to get to the right elevator as the entrance is through other hotel. But once you in is ok. Contact with Wola is very good. They respond very quickly to any queries or questions.

The apartment was nice and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The master shower was very nice and huge (2 people could actually shower at the same time with their own separate shower heads). There was air conditioning, but it wasn't as cool as what we like and are used to, especially for sleeping. There was one night that we got back to the apartment after a long day, and some of the electrical outlets were not working, none of the TVs were working, and the air conditioner was not working. It was as if a breaker had blown. I called about it, and it was very late. They said someone would be there the next morning at about 8 a.m. I waited until after 9 and nobody had shown up. I checked to see if the outlets were working and noticed that they were. It would have been nice to have gotten a notification that it had been fixed, but it was fixed so that is what mattered. They did check after 11 to make sure everything was working. They were very quick to respond to any questions that I had. We never did try to use anything in the kitchen, except for the refrigerator, so I can't comment on that. It was in a nice area, and a very nice hotel was a part of the same building. It was close to public transportation, within walking distance of about a block or 2. We would absolutely recommend it and would stay there again. There were 5 adults staying in a 3 bedroom apartment.

It was an excellent place to stay, though construction around the area did make it a bit difficult at times. The room was great, spacious and clean. The lockers were full when I checked out, but the Leonardo Hotel staff allowed me to store my luggage with them which was very nice (these apartments are inside the hotel).
