However, the beds are not the most comfortable and there is no A/C in the rooms. The staff at the front desk struggles with English and they could be a little friendlier.

My rating is because for what ever reason my power went out at midnight so I called the reception and was told I can get a different room I said one moment please I ask my wife you want to move he hung up on me. So I went down and said I take the room 13 floor I said ok give me card and I move my things tommorow which he said you have to do it now I said but it is dark in the room and 1 am you can take your handy or flashlight to move need less to say I went up again kept the room…..2 days later I went out again but was taken core of right away ( day time ) the smell from garage to the room smells like sewer, the room has no cups for brushing your teeth no coffee maker no water The cleaning of the room was excellent cleaning personal very friendly the furniture in the breakfast room needs new furniture and the carpet in the floor needs a very good cleaning.I can not recommend that Hotel

Everything as advertised, checked in late because of plane delays, and it wasn’t a problem. Didn’t have a problem with only knowing English. Breakfast was great with a cool view! S-Bahn is literally right outside. Used that to get all around Berlin… very easy!
