Not all of the rooms are renovated, which are the standard rooms. I wish this was disclosed before booking. The renovated rooms are nice and clean for the most part. There is an issue with the water. During the day, the shower gets lukewarm. At night, the hot water works. There was no water to shower the morning i checked out. They also need to get pest control. Too many ants and other insects in the rooms. Guests are allowed to eat in the rooms, but disposing of it becomes the issue. There are no garbage cans on each floor and the rooms are only equipped with one very small garbage can. So leaving the food in the room will attract the ants.
Staff is very friendly especially at check-in. when it gets busy in the dining, the servers seemed to be overwhelmed. I had to ask for something about 5 times just to be told that they didnt have it in the end.
