I arrived late, which they accommodated. Staff were very friendly. For a newer hotel I would say the cleanliness was below par, tho not dirty. But elevator did kind of smell like dirty socks.
Checked in around 12:30am. Woken up by a text apologizing for a fire alarm (which never even went off) at 1:30am. Actual fire alarm went off at 5:30 am, resulting in an evacuation and having to wait outside until fire department arrived. There was no fire. Worken by another text at 8am asking how my stay was going. No joke. Went for breakfast at the restaurant around 10am and they had no gas to cook any food (something related to fire alarm). Was in town for 30 hours for a funeral, and attended hungry and tired. Flight the next morning was at 6am. Stayed at this hotel for convenience, it was anything but. Very expensive stay for about 8 hours of sleep over two nights and no food. Staff were kind but unsympathetic. I understand they didn’t intentionally set off the fire alarm, but come on. Unlikely I will ever stay here again.
