We enjoyed ourselves. We wish that they had a microwave in the room, but we did well without it. The view from the bedroom window was MAGNIFICENT!!

Our stay was okay. The best thing was being beachfront and also free parking. The mattress was very hard. Rooms are not soundproof so you can hear everything. I guess it was ok for the price.

The room was not cleaned well the shower was not clean at all. Our power kept going out in the room. The elevator was out. However, the staff was amazing. If the hotel was in as good of shape as the workers, it would be top tier. They were super friendly and tried to fix what they could.

Love the large room, almost like two bedrooms joined together by the bathroom. Had read the reviews about there not being a table on the balcony so brought my camping side table. View of the Gulf was very nice, and the pool was clean with very little sand within the pool fence. Housekeeping staff was very attentive and front desk staff was very friendly. There was one elevator that did not work, but there was one that did work for the whole week. Will be back next year.

Elevator broken. Had to climb 4 flights of stairs multiple times a day This included carrying luggage up those stairs. The bedding too small for the king sized bed.

I stayed there for 4 days. I checked in and they told me elevator was down. I have to use stairs for 3 days and my room was at 7th floor. Another thing I didn’t like is my privacy. When they knocked the door for cleaning and you are sleeping they will open the door and get inside . They should do better as Hotel.

Kicked us out at 230 in the morning could not stay in a soaking wet room staff did not care.kept our money. Horrible experience. We were literally on the street. I am going to post all of it on Facebook along with pictures of how wet room was even bed and ceiling from humidity. Was told I would get all of my $745 back but have not.

The lobby smelled like urine, the property was under construction, most of the amenities were either in poor working condition or not working at all. The rooms smelled fresh of paint, the balcony railing was hanging off the hinges. There was no microwave in the room no phone to call down to the lobby and was missing a nightstand. The only positive from this experience came from the front desk staff who were very pleasant and helpful.

The view from the room was the best part of our stay. The recent remodel looked like a 9yr old did it. Finishes were terrible, light switches with no lights, toilet paper holder would not stay on the wall, Our bed had a large dip in one side, the side table was missing, the head board lamps were the only light for the entire room so you couldn’t see much at night or if shades closed, one lamp wouldnt stay in place it just fell to the side, no chairs/table of any kind, no microwave, nothing to put towels or luggage on in the bathroom so everything sat on the sandy/wet floor while you showered/got dressed, a/c leaked puddles of water 3 of the 4 nights we stayed, one elevator for all 7 floors, another guest told us yellow water was dripping through their ceiling on the 6th floor as they were leaving the property. For the price with that view and on the beach we dealt with it but definitely needs some work.

Just an overall awful place. The rooms had no chairs…no lights except for one lamp. The bathroom had no towel racks or any place for shower items. No ice machine on any floor. No working elevator. The view from the room was the only thing good for the room. Will not stay here ever again.

They charged my debit card twice. then they couldn’t figure out how to fix it, told me to call the management company on a weekday. Beautiful view of the ocean. parking was awful. they had about 12 spots on the main property, and a few more across the street,I ended up parking nearly a block away.

The facility is in need of serious maintenance. The front door lock required us to be extra careful that it latched. The bathroom door lock didn't catch. The bathroom door itself was falling apart. All beds and mattresses seemed decades old, well past their useful life, and overdue for replacement. Sorry, not much positive to say about the property. The only great thing is location. Right on the beach, and you can walk to it. It is at a not-so-busy part of the town, which is an extra bonus.

We had a horrible experience. The ceiling in our room had condensation and the water dripped on us all night and the next morning. When I called the office the person at the desk (I think her name was Ashley or Ashlyn) was very defensive. She said as soon as she has another room she would let me know. About an hour later I called back and the same person answered the phone and I said can you please move us to P building due to the elevators being inoperable in the T building. Her response was, I already told you I was going to move you. I then said I know you are moving us, I just needed to let you know we don't want another room in the T building. She was not professional and she made me feel as though I did something wrong.

The room looked new, but it missed a few accessories. No towel rack in the bathroom, no hand towel rack by the sink and a medium trash can, instead of only a small one in the bathroom and we had no ice bucket to get ice. We would have liked a microwave in the room since we stayed for 6 days. We would again in the future.😊

The hotel advertised that they recently renovated, and the facilities were very nice. However, they could have provided more basic items to make the stay better. After check in, I was told our room would be on the 4th floor and the elevator was broken. My wife and I are in our 60's so it was challenging each time we left the room to climb 4 flights of stairs. Upon entering the room we found the ice machine was on the ground floor and no container was provided for ice. Also there was a place to hang clothes, but no hangers. I walked back to the office and was told they didn't provide hangers or an ice container and that I could use the coffee cups in the room. Four flights a cup at the time! Luckily there was a Walmart nearby and we purchased a sand bucket. We made do with that. While the property was well maintained, I think we'll pass on this property next time!

We stay in Panama a bunch the staff was so accommodating to us we came a day early they got us a room and we stayed a extra day and they let us keep the same room and was so kind just small things to help a vacation would be a place to hang towels and wash clothes in the shower and somewhere to put shampoo and body wash

The beach view was beautiful. Staff had excellent customer service skills. The beds were good. The only complaint I have is the floor was not swept as there was sand on the floor and we not even been to the beach. Everything else as stated before was good.
