Great location between Cha-Am and Hua Hin. Especially weekdays not to crowded and overall few western tourists. Very friendly staff and warm atmosphere.
Unfortunally hotel is close to be up to a refurbishment. E.g. shower head loose, furniture partially run-down.
Nonetheless, overall itās an absolute recommendation if youāre looking for a nice and calm retreat close to the beach.
The hotel is off center thus will cost you approximate 400-500 bath each way. Even the hotel provide free shuttle to town but there are only 3 times a day. The room is dirty when checked in with item from previous guest left in the fridge. The room is nice but only in clean condition on the last day after my checked-in review is posted and the management read it. My recommendation is rather be consistent than reactive to guest's review. The nearby beach is not good for swimming. Lack of English seem to be the communication with staff. There seem to be only one front desk staff at the time who can serve you in English as the result the other seem to try to avoid you as much as they can. Facilities seem to be very limited, for example, only 1 toilet roll is provided for the room of 3 people per day, tissue box are not refilled, my son had sprained wrist and asked for an ice bag ended up to pay 70 baths for the bucket of ice. The hotplate provided in the room photo are non-functional and we were told that it is for decoration only. Overall unless the housekeeping standard is improving together with the quality of the facilities I would not recommend this hotel
The hotel is quite old. The hot water for shower is not consistence, getting cold and hot when taking shower. And my rooms shower part door is not fit and always make annoying sounds if we didnāt close very very slowly.
1. Operator called to my room at 1 am while we were deep sleep asking that whether I turned on TV because it interrupted the room next to me. Actually, all of my family went to bed at 10 pm, but she still asked my kids room.
I thought hotel man has to come to investigate the TV noise in front of each neighbor room door instead of calling to every room. After ten minutes, I called back to operator telling her that it was not polite to wake up guests like this because I took one more hour trying to sleep again.
2. The cleaning crew came to clean my room at 6:00 pm while I have kept calling operator to clean 3 times.
