The hotel was cheap so I didn't expect too much but the room was dirty. The curtains was filthy, dirt marks on the wall, the toilet seat was crooked and dirty in the hinges. The staff were polite, the tv worked but my coffee was not replenished after the first night. Ok if you want a cheap room and are not too bothered about cleanliness.

Parking was great at the property but that was about it The rooms work cleaned in some sense but there was still dirty near clean towels and cigarette butts in the windows The staff where there but not very talkative nor polite enough to say hello when you came back into the property The walls are paper thin so I could hear everything and plus the windows And to top it off had another guess have strong words through a window with me as I was packing the car up as well

Stayed her twice for 3 to 7 nights overall very good. Last stay no sink plug previous stay hairdryer not working but overall satisfactory. Different pricing on different hotel sites so look around.

It was an amazing place to stay, very clean and calm, though the heating wasn’t coming up and it was actually cold which I did report but nothing was done about it but apart from that it was a lovely place to stay.

Polite and compassionate staff. Helped with my luggage to my room as stairs were out of use. Clean room .I had a quite and decent night. I will visit again

“Couldn’t fault anything about our stay. The room was clean and very comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and a spacious shower. There was plenty of hanging space for clothes, which was really useful, and the hairdryer was a nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfy and made for a great night’s sleep. The man on reception was so friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Would definitely stay again!”

It is very noisy, shower drainage was blocked , hair in bed. Generally can not sleep during day a lot of doors banging , sounded like staff going into cleaning room.

Everything was good, breakfast was not good, do not opt in for breakfast, they have a very small menu and only pastries and breads (not many options) are buffet , they do not have a coffee machine so you have to order and then they give you a black coffee made of instant coffee doesn’t taste good, you also have to place an order for eggs and they were okish

For the price, there’s really nothing to complain about. Room was clean, and covered all the basics. Tea bags as well as instant coffee would have been nice but shower was fine and bed comfortable. It’s not the quietest but not noisy either- from downstairs you can hear some upstairs noise and doors opening and closing. Check in was easy and free parking. Location ideal for Meadowhall, arena etc - 10 mins by car.

Very dated room all the furniture was damaged in some way or badly aged. No soap in the dispenser in the sink or the shower. Big blob of fresh chewing gum stuck to the wall right next to one of the beds. One of the curtains was partially of the track which made costing them difficult. One of the beds side lights was nearly attached and just hung down and could not be aimed. Very hot and muggy room. Would not stay again.

The first night was noisy a car came into car park at 2am and was blasting music out and guest or two banging doors and knocking on door The second night was better. Only a two night stay for an event. Housekeeping on Saturday did not replace complimentary tea and coffee bin not emptied and beds not straightened up after 1st night. It's basic no thrills hotel. Also lift out of order.

2 light bulbs didn’t work, so only had the big light or 1 bed side light. Carpet and bed base were dirty…stained. Lift didn’t work, which we weren’t told about. Room had clean linen and towels. Plenty of coffee and milk. Plenty of parking.

Booked a standard double through hotels.com and we couldn’t stay there as we were allocated a disabled dirty room (mold and mildrew in the bathroom bad drain smell). My partner is having cancer treatment so I explained we needed another room. The manager and assistant manwell said that the hotel was full and we couldn’t change rooms as the hotel was full. So we had to leave and book else where. I have called hotels .com to obtain a refund but they are awaiting the e we welcome inn to respond (no call answer from the hotel), so poor. It’s not 4 days later and I have been requesting my refund through hotel.com so since Sunday !!

Stay was below expectations. Staff were okay, but parking felt unsafe. The corridor had an unpleasant smell and the lift was out of order. The room wasn’t well maintained—small TV and a poorly conditioned hairdryer.

Lift was out of order. Door card didn't work so had to go back to reception. Bloke on reception didn't apologise for the card not working, just told me "it is working" despite the fact that I had just tried it! He finally sorted and just shoved it back at me. Thank you! Room was extremely warm (we stayed May Bank Holiday and we certainly did not have a heatwave!). One bed was horribly soft with no support whatsoever. Pillows were very poor quality and almost non existent. Hotel was extremely noisy - there must have been a few families staying at the same time who knew each other as the kids were running between rooms, up and down the corridors shouting and screaming, banging on the doors and parents were shouting to each other from one end of the hallway to the other to "talk" to each other. Finally quietens down and we get woken up in the early hours by a couple of blokes who have clearly had an awesome night out. They spent ages in the corridors having a very loud discussion about their pub*c hair and then singing about it! Have stayed before but won't book again after this. There must have been a change of ownership for it to have gone down hill so quickly
