Location near Echo Point and Katoomba Falls is great. Bed was comfortable, very nice towels. Limited availability of front desk, so even though they offer luggage storage, you have to work around their schedule. Biggest issue was the pillows smelled bad and no one was at the desk when we realized it. Luckily found some pillows in a cabinet that didn’t smell.

Easy after hours check in, great location right at Echo Point, room was nice, clean and tidy and it was nice that the AC was already on so the room was nice and toasty when I arrived, as it was about 5 degrees that night! Parking at the front of the room was nice too though I don't know that it's reserved. Would stay again!

Room on the ground floor was clean & renovated. I wish they would put a white curtain like the rest of the rooms for privacy. Also still no rack in the shower to hang your towels. The heater does not work. I was absolutely freezing on the 1st night, especially the bed being next to the window. Indigo from reception was thoughtful to lend one for the night. Otherwise enjoyed my stay, just need to test the heater if staying during winter 😁
