I’m still basking in the glow of my incredible stay at Hostal de la Luz in Tepoztlán! This enchanting retreat is truly a haven of peace and tranquility, with an energy that feels almost palpable. Even though I arrived at 2am the night manager welcomed me with open arms and made me feel safe and taken care of. During the course of my stay all the staff were really friendly and accommodating despite the fact that I don’t speak very good Spanish. The real highlight was the Renaissance Temazcal experience - it was transformative! The ceremony was led with such care and intention, and I felt deeply connected to the earth, my breath, and my own inner wisdom. If you're looking for a place to nourish your body, mind, and spirit, look no further than Hostal de la Luz. With love and gratitude to this special place 🙏❤️

The temazcal is super over price. The price for 1 or 2 guest is súper expensive and more for the area, tepoztlan and amatlan is famous for temazcal and the service in the hotel is the same. The hotel should consider a more fair price so guests can schedule more than 1 temazcal during stay.

WOW! This was a wonderful transformative retreat for my 33rd birthday. We had a real shaman in the Temazcal. 3 days and 3 nights of no cell service and no wifi. We left feeling reborn with new skin and new minds. Revitalized Souls. Thank you very much to the Mountains, the land, our Shaman Andres, the vibe and environment of the resort and OF COURSE last but not least, the two cats. we named them Milo (black cat) and Sissy (the white cat). Blessings to you all and we wish every new person coming here a wonderful transformative experience. TURN OFF YOUR PHONES!

Por el precio esperaba más la verdad. Medio viejo aunque cómodo. El Temazcal EXCELENTE, lo mejor de la estancia. El personal del restaurante amable y los valets también, el de recepción no tanto. El restaurante ok. La alberca caliente está hirviendo, imposible entrar, la fría no muy limpia. No hay servicio en la alberca.

El hotel no es ideal para necesidades de accesibilidad. La relación calidad precio del restaurante no me pareció adecuada. El hotel tiene una vista esoectacular e invita a la relajación.
