When we booked this property, it was last minute so we did not have high expectations as our hotel of choice is Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt, unfortunately, they were all booked. On route to Ocean 2700 their staff called us to confirm our visit and our arrival time, which we communicated we would be arriving late. As we have had prior experience in the past when our room was cancelled without any notice or communication. At arrival, the staff asked for a credit card for "resort fees and etc" the gentleman also told us if you look at the fine print you'll see that it's stated. After returning, we realized they charged us almost twice the "due at property" fees.
There was a lack of parking, but we were fortune to find a spot. When we arrived at the room it was similar to any motel/inn. The bed was comfortable, but their box spring was a makeshift steel cabinet which would echo through the room whenever we sat on the side or getting in and out of bed. The tub was deteriorating, the toilet paper was in a very unusual position, under the sink and 2-3 inches off the floor. As I got ready to shower, I noticed the towels had hairs and stains, so it was disturbing. Overall, their service was great, but for a fairly out-dated property the price in our opinion was a bit steep. Double check your receipt, to make sure
