The room was very clean, fresh, clean/newer carpet, bed was firm, comfortable, room was fresh. The hallways were dirty, carpet was a mess, garbage left sitting by doors. Staff communication was difficult with limited English speaking intake, but checkout was much better. Room rate was excellent, but also reflected half the clientele. I would stay again myself, I would not allow my wife or daughter to stay here alone. Hotel offers weekly rates to stay. BEST part, pets stay FREE!

Wifi was dependable, staff was helpful. Lingering mold smell and sketchy "tenants ".

The outside looks like a dump but the room was nice and clean. Had a fridge and microwave!

They were not completely honest with me, and I don't recommend that if you are looking for a nice review.

Bad odor, dirty, Incorrect hotel name, seedy people, rundown, crappy area, stains on carpet, uncomfortable beds and pillows, stains in tub! Not worth your money!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well at first they were cool then the manager wanted to scold me on the phone about how bad my record is and how bad of a person I am. Acted liked he was doing me a favor and letting me stay for one more night, first of I know for a fact all those people that stay there have bad records…people change. After that the staff treated us poorly. They didn’t give us a shower curtain or towels. The cheapest hotel in St.Cloud and the weirdest. It should be said somewhere they run your background, then I wouldn’t have stayed there in the first place.

Even after communicating with the hotel prior to the arrival and personally confirming our need for 2 beds for three adults, when we arrived, they claimed problems with our reservation, offering us only one bed for three people! Then, they further said the room was not clean yet at 5:45p even though check in is at 3p. They would not refund our money. The hotel looks run down and I fully believed them when they said our room wasn't clean. Only the lower floor is wheelchair accessible and the hallways are very narrow. They kept delaying my request for a refund until after 6p when the window to cancel closed. The experience was sketchy in every sense of the word. Even with travel insurance, I am out the full cost of this booking.
