The staff were friendly and awesome. Location was pretty near to waterfront and airport (approx RM10 by grab). Just one downside, there’s a Karaoke/pub at level 2 so some rooms got a free (off-key) lullabies from 10am to 2am but hey, I rather that than other noises. But it’s funny when this became a topic of conversations with other tourists staying at Citadine!

The staff were pleasant and efficient. However, the property needs serious renovating. For example: 1. The window didn’t lock properly and noisy traffic became an issue. 2.
