We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel, which is located in a former castle. The atmosphere is truly special, with historic charm and a unique character. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Our room was comfortable, quiet and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the feeling of staying in a real historic building. A lovely place for a relaxing getaway, especially if you appreciate history, beautiful architecture and a calm atmosphere. We would be happy to stay here again!

I had an absolute fantastic time and totally love this hotel and its surroundings. The staff are lovely, especially I forget her name but the blonde lady form Slovenia, she as fanstatic and so kind. The hotel has a great breakfast , it's plentiful with lots of options and you eat in scenic surroundings. They also had tapas and prosecco on tap for people checking in, I don't drink but I loved the sparkling water. It's so peaceful here, they have a lovely spa adjoined to the property. It's easy to walk into the town. I only wish that I had a longer stay. I really loved this hotel.

We have used the hotel previously at several occations and the rooms at the renovated part was and is very nice . Negative now with the new owner after restards was the lack of service in all aspects. 6 nights at the Hotel and no room cleaning at all, as well no refill of soap and toilettpaper. Deposit safe in the room didnt work , claimed the frist day as well second second day but no reaction at all and an ignorant attitude at the receptiondesk exusing tghe behavious with comments , we have just started....

Meget smukt stort hotel i gammel stil. Med Stor flot rosen have. Vi var de første gæster i ny åbning så der manglede tv signal for at kunne se VM finalen. Men personalet gjorde alt hvad de kunne for at hjælpe med at finde en løsning. Som blev på det kæmpe store casino i den lille by Baden. Vi fik ALT service og god morgenmad. Vi kan klart anbefale hotellet og håber de kommer godt op at køre.
