Beautiful Boutique Hotel

We had a very relaxed time at the hotel. It’s in a lovely neighbourhood and we found it very peaceful, rooms were perfect, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend it and I would stay here again

Manager “Tieko” had no problem letting us check in well before. Courteously cooking 5 eggs for breakfast as requested. Pleasant, comfortable room with bathroom. Can highly recommend!

Beautiful little hotel with lovely grounds outside town. No close by places to eat. The room was small but well furnished and clean, We chose to not have breakfast due to Travel plans.

Great Experience

My stay at this hotel was most memorable. The staff are very nice and very professional, warm and helpful. The room was clean and made up every day. The place has parking, plenty of shops nearby and a lovely peaceful walk to the center of Breda. Keep up the excellent service and see you soon on my next trip.

Carefull: common bathroom & showers. I did not expect that for a boutique hotel

6/10 Good

The check in to the hotel was quite difficult, as when I arrived, the door was closed. Then, when trying to find a solution, I noticed that they had sent me a message in the Hotels.com app. Because Hotels.com doesn't share email addresses and phone numbers they were not able to contact me before arriving at the hotels. Luckily there was their phone number at the door, and I could chat with them via Whatsapp, and eventually got in. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but during the first morning, I didn't see any staff anywhere, and the restaurant was completely empty -> I left hungry for the first day of meetings. The second morning I was able to find one staff member who took care of the check out, but again, no breakfast available in the restaurant. Again, hungry morning. Seemed quite strange and disappointing.. Room itself was pretty nice, on the top floor / attic with nice design features. Bed and the pillow on the other hand were not what you expect from a hotel. Too soft a bed, and way too thin pillow. But all in all, the neighborhood was nice and safe, with a nice kebab-restaurant within a 5-minute walk. Highway was also easily reached from the hotel, and parking was provided.

2/10 Poor

We understood that is “unattended” reception, but it was not just a reception- it was ghost house. We understood that not all hotels have AC, but with 90F outside room was not even equipped with fan. Even cheap portable removable fan. We had to sleep with half open window on the ground floor in high pollen time on the year. Almost no toilet paper in our room. Location is really bad. Distance from city center is 40+ min by walking.
