Bed bugs. Ticks. Disgusting. Unacceptable.
To recap, first and foremost when I arrived, they sent me to a room with a key. And when I opened that room, there was already someone in it. So I literally walked in on someone in their room. They gave me a key to a room that opened the door where there was already someone staying. That’s unsafe for both of us first of all.
Second of all, I woke up the next morning in the new room that they gave me and there was blood all over my bed. And this is because they have an infestation of Bedbugs in their hotel. At that point I no longer felt safe and I told them I wanted to leave.
And you will see, the blood— my blood— that was all over the bed due to an infestation of bed bugs or ticks biting me throughout the night. I had to leave the hotel. I did not stay the second night. And because of that, I had to pay for one night in another Hotel in Dresden. The hotel promised me a refund.
At this point two weeks later. The hotel is unresponsive and right now, hotels.com is refusing me a refund. I stay with them all of the time. I can’t believe that they would allow this experience to happen and then not process a refund simply the hotel won’t respond. Horrible.
